last thursday one of the most devastating night of my life would never be bearable if i haven't seen my bestfriend marie... i got stranded at junction because of the flood on my way home... i received a txt message from joy that the flood is almost waist high... the first time it happened was i guess 3 weeks ago, when marie texted me that she was stranded in junction for almost 3 hours... so i didn't went home... unfortunately last thursday, the text message didn't got me earlier so i got stuck in a sort of an island surrounded with water... i texted my bestfriend where she is, at least maybe the mortifying event would be lighter if she is with me... hehe selfish... didn't got a reply though (hayyy naku wla daw cya load).. still i waited... the traffic is like hell, i really wanted to cry when finally i saw a g-liner bus paving the way and to my advantage it's not full as it used to on a normal day... i didn't mind the flood and ran through to alight the bus... as soon as i alight.. to my delight i saw my bestfriend marie waving at me... i don’t know what get to me and i shouted her name so loud cause i was so relieved... i forgot that i was in a bus.. it was sooo funny and excused my self to everybody as i walk to her side... gosh for almost 3 hours... we waited in the bus for the water to subside... besides i have my bestfriend with me... thank god... so we finally got a chance to catch up, imagine we haven't seen each other for two months...
after dinner, clau and randell arrived suggesting to meet us na lang in fazolis since they are also starving... gosh we are so full.. hehe
and of course, last stop is.....no other than kopiroti in katipunan.. unfortunately, everybody is full so para di nman nakakahiya... dahil makikitambay lang kmi... i bought their new choco bun... sayang di napicturan... pero okay lang... kasama ko nman ang production..
so now, calling all the attention of the following: baka gusto nyo nman magparamdam.. bago ko kayo ipablotter! hahaha

after the movie, i just realized how much i missed my friends... we haven't seen each other or even hang out for the past.. hmmm lost count na... well, everybody is practically busy with our own lives... just as the main characters of the movie.. it's really heartwarming to see them together again... doing nothing and crazy things... kahit isang araw na movie marathon lang... magkita kita nman tau...

eat out galore @ John and Yoko Cosmopolitan Japanese Resto
since my last blog entry was all about my being miserable and burn-out, last night when my cousin jhun asked me to go out and unwind ... well i said to myself, i guess i just need a break...so he fetched me from the zoo then we head to makati where his sister mhei works. we all agreed to meet at glorietta 4... well as usual she's late again, it was always a habit for us to try something new specially when it comes to something to fill in our stomachs and hearts hehe... after almost an hour of scouting, consulting, fighting over where are we going to eat... finally jhun asked if we ever been to greenbelt 5... since none of us been to g5, we all agreed to see what the new expansion of greenbelt is in store for us...
i really don't know if its because it kinda late or what because there are only few people at g5 at that time.. odd for a mall but it was just about 8:30pm... and it was so funny because it was just last night that i heard about greenbelt 5... hehe all along akala ko hanggang greenbelt 4 lang...
as soon as we got in, we realized na sobrang dami palang restos don... naku, i knew we're gonna be having a hard time to choose where to eat... there was fish out of the water, cibo, pia y damaso, solihiya and a lot more... am really starving and i don't care anymore... we already passed through john and yoko, and it was jampacked... after we've explored the g5 restos, we decided to go to a resto where there were a lot of people... we got curious of it...
the ambiance is great, there was even a japanese movie projected on wall, and that wall is in my back hehe...and most important of all, it was not that pricey as i am expecting to... there were a lot of meals to choose from... we all agreed to have our own big city bowl mine is tonkatsu with curry (which we weren't able to take a pic coz i already dig in... forgive me, im starving na) jhun tried the beef gyudon while mhei picked katsudon... and since we love pizza we ordered chicken teriyaki & mango pizza... with just one look from the menu... we all agreed that we'll try it...
much to our delight when the big city bowls were served, we were amazed that the serving is big...we were expecting na maliit lang ang serving... buti nman... and the pizza... i will definitely come back for it for more... we just loved the pizza... nuff said...
when we tried the pizza, we all agreed that we'll be back... and we will still going to order the pizza... we are so full and just a glance to each other we knew what we were all looking for... of course.. dessert! so we asked for a menu once again... after a few deliberations and discussions we finally ordered strawberry ice cream pie...
it was heaven, i swear...and in fairness... malaki cya ha..good thing we didn't order individual desert.. pang sharing talaga cya...nawala lahat ng stress ko...
it was so great to hang out with my couz again, i missed them... i know that we are all busy with our own careers but let's do that again sometime... namiss ko un eh... o cya, napasobra yata ang feeling food critic ko... try ko lang... hirap pala

sobrang daming naging problema... i had a jam packed field trip days (literally talagang feeling ko lulubog na ung ark), i had my biggest client's bday party na nagkaroon pa ako ng minor problems, i had problems with our circuit breakers, we fired our cook and driver, my first aider resigned for a better career, one of my animal handlers also resigned to study, i had complaints regarding zoo guides, i had issues with frontera verde admin office regarding parking, ... my boss is out of the country... hayyy feels like shit... makes me wonder if i'm still on the right track... or it is time to give up...good thing though, healthy ang mga animals... at so far walang may sakit...
