addicted to twilight...

it felt like i was the last person to hit by the twilight saga epidemic, i just finished reading the 1st book yesterday and just in time for the release of the movie... i was late for work for 2 days and my mind is preoccupied with bella and edward's love story...

last night, i went to megamall to watch the movie with mabel and ryan (who intoduced me and lend me books *thanks*)

there were a lot of alterations from the book, but it was ok. i guess the producers  wanted to reach  even the non-readers... am a bit disappointed with the character of rosalie, was she supposed to be really, i mean outrageously beautiful? anyway, i have been so curious and excited to see the baseball scene.... and definitely edward and carlisle cullen is sooo hot! i mean cold? for vampires sake hehe... i am now reading the 2nd book... another sleepless nights indeed...

coffee, cousins and eraserheads reunion concert-the movie

it was my day-off yesterday when i received a text from my cousin jhun, if i wanted to watch e-heads concert-the movie... didn't have to think twice, i rushed to megamall cinema 9 with my bro marc to relive the history of the fab four... with added excitement, they also launched marcus adoro's short film "the artist is in" and ely buendia's "waiting shed". and for all the fan's delight, eraserheads (minus raimund & buddy) graced the red carpet premiere... too bad, i left my camera in the office...

the short films was hilarious... i enjoyed it!

i was so excited to see the concert again, the crowd is really overwhelming... it felt like you had a backstage pass during the concert... i realized how happy raimund and buddy while performing... i wasn't able to see that during the concert because we were too far... but then last night, i saw them perform in close up... they were really enjoying the show... they are at their best performance.. hayy i just wish may part 2 talaga...

it shall go down local music history as that singular moment where four estranged band members -ely buendia, raimund marasigan, buddy zabala and marcus adoro -came together for one spectacular reunion. 08.30.08 One Band. One Great Show. One Night Only... immortalized on the big screen.

i love tigers!

our tiger cubs is now on display at ark avilon zoo since november 15 for picture taking and close encounter... they'll be staying only up until november 30... in a simple reason that they are growing bigger & bigger everyday... eversince then in avilon zoo, 5years ago i have always been fascinated with big cats. i remember that my favorite hang-out in the zoo was the area of the tiger, jaguar, leopard and of course the lion... sir norman (hmmm of course di pa kmi close noon)  told me about this theory about the "cat's kiss". A cat kiss is actually a very slow blink of the cat's eyelids. Cat kisses are given to other cats, and to some lucky humans. It's usually reserved for a companion with whom the cat is familiar and friendly. You can even return a cat kiss with your own slow blink... i was really amazed with mr. gaw and his pet lion "IO" and tiger "ruffa", it was so amazing that even from afar when they hear the voice of sir jake, they would instantly look for him...

now that i work in ark avilon, i do have all the chance to stare at them and hopeful that they would recognize me... i just love them! it has always been my dream to cuddle and touch big cats, i was so fortunate that i was able to bottle-fed the baby tigers now here at ark avilon... i will miss them... we only got one week to bond...i' will miss the cleaning of the feeding bottle, preparing their milk, cleaning their cages and playing with them... it's not my job to feed them, but i would still choose to do it again when another batch will be born... i would definitely miss them... it is so amazing that they recognize me, they get so excited whenever they hear my voice i starting calling them "sweetheart" my day is not complete when i don't hold both of them .. i do hope they would still remember me even when they grow older.

i will miss you my princess ariel and princess belle...

Bedazzling Night @ Club Mwah!

Last Night, I went out with my boss Mam Teena & her beautiful friend Ms. Jho... we had dinner first at Chili's Greenhills then off we go to Club Mwah in Mandaluyong!

I have always been hearing a lot of good reviews from Mam Teena regarding the place, which doesn't strike me a lot since she told me that the performers are transvestites. not that i don't like them, i love gay people... i have a lot of gay friends, i just thought that it was not my thing... and besides i've seen a show like that in Amazing Philippines before at the Manila Film Center in CCP Complex...truly an exceptional performers... totally entertaining!

As soon as we got there, i was in awe sa entrance pa lang... all i could say is, "wow! bading na bading!" then excitement pour over me...unfortunately we were late so we missed the first set... still we paid in full syempre (di bale libre nman ako ni mam hehe) but it was all worth it pa rin kahit kalahati lang napanood namin.. the show is so great! total mega production tlaga... i salute all the performers, they are really great in their craft... and ang gaganda nila....

what i love most about it the place itself, who would have thought that in the middle of mandaluyong that there is a place like this... love the couch, the lights, the stage! lahat-lahat...and of course, the warm welcome of the staff and the owner himself, pocholo! as in he went to all the table to talk and thank all his guest that night! basta i enjoyed it... lalo na cguro if i'm with my friends.. hindi kc ako mkabwelo..cyempre nman kasama ko boss ko...

i would love to come back... hmmm ewan ko lang kung kelan.. hehe ang mahal eh...

Alex, Marty, Gloria and Melman is back!

I loved the movie! it was so funny and heartwarming... its so good to see Alex reunited with his parents... and the confession of melman to gloria... awww.... and of course the frantically funny penguins... never failed to make me laugh! gosh, i need that...

loved it as i loved the first one... i like to move it...move it!

a day with winchester's brothers

i finally had a day off yesterday... well i spend my day watching DVD of Supernatural Series... i fell in love with Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) he's so cute and bastos... i so love his character, he's kinda bad in a good way...Dean drives a black four-door 1967 Chevy Impala (given to him by his father), and is a fan of classic rock music & heavy metal. He tends to make light of some of his and Sam's adventures, and is known to use crude humor and make sexual innuendos. Dean is terrified of flying, and claims that it is the reason why he drives everywhere. Despite his working knowledge of existence beyond death, he is adversarial towards religion and does not fully believe in God.

Dean values his family and their safety more than anything else, even going so far as to kill a Demon and its human host in order to save Sam's life, as well as sell his own soul to save Sam's life.

I so love him na... later i'll finish the 3rd season...hehe

kilig factor

haha i haven't been kilig for a long time... sometimes you just miss that feeling... at long last, we went out din nila joy and clau... i have been waiting to know first hand ang mga chicka nya from her tour to singapore... kung anong reaction nya... what does he look like... good thing she posted the pics saturday afternoon... la lang nakakatuwa lang... all along he thought pala i was gonna suprise him when i told him that i need tickets to jurong bird park....awww he looks disappointed pa nman daw when he finally realized na di tlaga ako kasama... then ayun he called...hayyy  *kilig factor*...

what more can you ask for? hayy i've been so stressed this past few weeks... at least i was able to see my friends... at syempre ang highlight ng event is ang kwento ng tour ni joy sa singapore... cyempre pasalubong from her and from norman.... hayyy
