Krung Thai Restaurant

I have always been experimental when it comes to food (well it shows 😃), i have always been on a lookout to try something new. Heard about this small thai resto in Marikina from joy and francis, just in the Marikina Public Market so for those who have their cars, parking would be so tricky though.

My boyfie is fried chicken and grilled meat thingy kind of guy, he doesn't eat veggies and isn't a fan of food he hasn't heard before so when i asked him if we could have thai food, he's not really excited about it and came up with a lot excuses.. hahaha well, i won! and started looking for it..

The restaurant is quite small and in a corner, good thing motorcycle parking is so close to it and there were quite a few families dining already as we came about 8pm. I am so glad that the price is so reasonable, it will be another debate about it.

We ordered Thai Spring Rolls P129.00; Pad Thai P159.00; Krung Thai Fried Chicken P129.00; Thai Jasmine Rice P39.00; Thai Iced Tea P79.00. The servings were really big, we haven't really consumed everything and we just brought it home. I super enjoyed the Pad Thai and the Thai Iced Tea, boyfie liked the Krung Thai Fried Chicken. About the spring rolls, nothing really fancy bout it taste like the usual spring rolls but i would definitely go back for the Pad Thai and the Thai Iced Tea 👍👍👍

After the hearty Thai Foodtrip with babe, we looked for a tiangge around Marikina. Our foot rather our motorcycle led us to Parang Tiangge, so many people out there, well i hate crowded places so as soon we bought what we wanted we soon headed home and decided to just spend our late saturday night watching the DVD's that we bought.. It was of course a fun night, made it more special spending time with people you love. ❤❤❤ I had a very crazy and busy week last week, i definitely deserve this hehe 😃😃😃

till next post then...

Girl Bonding with Joy ( 7 hours of Shopping + Spa + Kebab)

I can't believe i still have the energy to write some post, today was a very busy and fun day. I haven't spend this much time with joy for a very long time due to our busy schedules, thank you long weekend...

Woke up today not really in a good mood cause boyfie & i had a fight last night. so when joy asked me if i could help her find a formal dress for her Malacanang event, i didn't hesitate..

We went to Trinoma (my 2nd time) and at The Block in SM North Edsa, it was sooo tiring we can't believe we spent 7 hours looking for a dress and some accessories So we rewarded ourselves a good spa. We came across this spa in Maginhawa Street, UP Village in Diliman "Ngiyan Spa", we're a bit apprehensive at first cause we really haven't heard much about this spa, good thing may decent parking so off we go, too tired to be so picky.  We chose the Sea Salt Body Scrub with Combination of Swedish and Shiatsu Massage (Php 699.00), the attendants are hospitable and sensitive to our needs, i guess because of a few guest traffic today :) We started with a 30-minute infrared sauna, then took a shower and they started scrubbing us with sea salt which was actually fun (keep on giggling sa mga kiliti ko) then took a shower again to get ready for a long and nice massage. Overall we enjoyed it and we promised ourselves that we'll be back plus a bonus of a great tea at the end of the session, we asked them where can we buy the tea that they are serving, too bad di nila alam.. only Ngiyan (their boss) knows.

With all those pampering, of course nagutom kami and we craved for our favorite Persian food so we ended our bonding with a nice meal of kebabs and keema at Hassan near our place.

Well i had a great time and am super sleepy now.. Time to catch some Zzzz's :) Goodnight everyone... and yey! bati na kami :) <3

Ciao
